The Léonie teams in Perpignan and Narbonne have already received some delicious cuts directly from our breeders, the Goujon family : leg, shoulder, etc. We leave you the surprise this weekend to discover the simmered dishes or the pieces cooked on the oven !
To commemorate this event, we are waiting for you at Perpignan, Narbonne also on the Larzac.
The Goujon family has been rearing their ewes for 25 years in Aveyron, on their farm at l'Hospitalet-du-larzac. The lambs are reared with their mothers, and fed with a combination of grain from the farm and commercial organic feed. Once they are mature, they are sent to the slaughterhouse in Saint-Affrique, where Patrick Goujon prepares them for sale. Since the beginning of the Léonie adventure, we have worked closely with them to supply us with lamb ! And because we are concerned about food waste, we use all the pieces in different recipes so that there is no loss of meat.
