  • Léonie's unmissable foie gras pâté en croûte
  • Gravlax of salmon tartare style, dill cream

Choice of dish :

  • Supreme of guinea fowl in Banyuls sauce, crushed potatoes with truffles
  • Roast Aubrac beef with foie gras sauce, truffled Aubrac aligot
  • Roasted salmon steak with sauce vierge, risotto (only in Perpignan)

Choice of dessert :

  • Léonie's traditional Christmas log
  • Passion / Meringue ice cream log
